A former U.S. Army Signal Corps Sergeant, I built my career transmitting and decrypting sensitive field communications — first for artillery units in Germany, and later for engineering battalions stateside. Today, I bring that same clarity, discipline, and mission focus to the world of small business IT.

I’ve been working in tech professionally since 1993, but the spark began long before — supporting computer labs in high school and exploring early BBS systems before most people had even heard of the internet. My experience ranges from custom PC shops to dial-up ISPs, help desks to systems engineering. I launched my MSP business to stay close to home and support my family, but also because I saw something missing: a reliable, straight-talking IT partner for small businesses.

GreyFalconMSP exists because I believe that every SMB deserves to be protected, empowered, and heard. Most small businesses are built by people with passion — and that passion deserves infrastructure that works, security that holds, and support that doesn’t overpromise or disappear when you need it.

I don’t chase enterprise clients. I focus on the 5-to-50 seat organizations where I can make a real difference — delivering veteran-grade vigilance with the flexibility big-box MSPs can’t match.
